Personal Menu Design
We offer no pre-set “cookie cutter” menus. Each client has individual tastes and deserves a unique menu to satisfy their standards. Chef Gerard offers personal menu design in order to reflect your catering desires. The sky is the limit.

Full Service & Drop Off
We offer full service catering including coordinating your rentals, lighting, sound, valet parking and florists. We also offer the same commitment to quality with our drop off service for corporate lunches, parties and social events.

Wine Pairing
Savour Fine Catering works with a certified sommelier to insure that the perfect wines accompany and compliment your menu.

Cooking Classes
Chef Gerard offers individual or group cooking classes in the privacy of your home. He also teaches many of the unique cooking classes offered at Sur La Table in the Pearl District of downtown Portland.
